A clean bench is a device that utilizes efficient air purification units to create a high-level clean area, suitable for low-grade clean rooms and places with high cleanliness requirements for local working environments. It can save a lot of initial investment and operating costs.

When using a clean bench in daily work, attention should be paid to normal usage and maintenance methods.

1、 Usage of clean bench

1. Proper use and maintenance management are key to ensuring the cleanliness of the workbench operating area, and strict rules and regulations must be established to strictly control the tools, materials, and visitors used.

2. The switching steps are as follows:

a、 Turn on the fan switch and start the fan 5-10 minutes in advance to achieve a clean working state;

b、 Turn on the lighting switch and enter the work program;

c、 Turn off the fan and lighting power supply after work.

3. Keep all parts of the workbench clean, and run for 5-10 minutes before each use. Pay attention to the following aspects:

a、 Workers must wear clean work clothes and hats with tight mouthed long fibers that are easy to wash;

b、 Use a dustproof ballpoint pen and descriptive drawings for writing;

c、 Users of harmful substances and medical work should wear masks and are prohibited from using steam disinfection;

d、 During operation, it is strictly prohibited to perform actions with high levels of dust, such as scratching the head, walking quickly, etc;

e、 Items should not be stored on the countertop. If necessary, they should be placed on both sides of the countertop or downwind side as much as possible;

f、 During operation, the operator's head and hands should be placed under the product as much as possible. If special needs arise, rubber gloves and finger cots should be worn;

g、 Parts, materials, tools, etc. should be transported in clean containers.

 

2、 Clean bench maintenance

1. After using the clean bench for a period of time (3-6 months for the primary filter, 1-2 years or longer for the high-efficiency filter), as the dust capacity of the filter increases, the airflow speed in the operating area gradually decreases. When it is below 0.3 m/s (at this time, adjusting the voltage cannot meet the standard requirements or cause excessive vibration and noise), the primary filter should be removed and replaced with a new primary filter.

2. After replacing the primary filter, if the airflow speed still does not meet the standard, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced.

3. When replacing, the new high-efficiency filter should be carefully inspected to see if it is damaged externally. If there is any damage, performance testing should be carried out. Only after confirming that it does not affect its performance can it be used.

4. To prevent air that has not passed through the high-efficiency filter from leaking into the operating area, a 15mm wide and 8mm thick sponge should be pasted on the outer frame of the outlet end face of the high-efficiency filter.

5. Open the rear cover plate, remove the old high-efficiency filter, install the new filter, and pay attention to:

a、 The arrow on the high-efficiency air filter frame should be consistent with the direction of the airflow;

b、 When using the locking nut to tighten, strive for uniform pressure between the four edges of the filter and the sealing frame to prevent leakage caused by unilateral compression;

c、 Be extremely careful during operation to prevent damage to the filter paper caused by collision with the filter paper.

6. After installing the high-efficiency filter, cover the top diffuser for inspection;

a、 Penetration inspection: Ignite balsamine at the air inlet and turn on the fan. Scan around the air outlet using a turbidity meter or particle counter. If any leakage is found, adjust the compression device of the high-efficiency air filter repeatedly. If there is still leakage, seal it with sealant until there is no leakage.

b、 Air flow velocity inspection: Use a thermoelectric anemometer to measure the wind speed at each point, and it can be used once it meets the technical conditions.

7. When there is a malfunction in the lighting and motor electrical control, the back cover of the fan box should be opened to check the control circuit or contact the manufacturer
