1.Advanced Magnetic Drive Shaker
We have improved the original magnetic drive speed control module by using servo FOC space vector algorithm and optimizing its structure, greatly improving its performance and stability, reducing production costs to a certain extent, and more importantly, greatly improving the applicability of this product. This magnetic drive module can not only be used in combination with handheld controllers as CO2 resistant or desktop shaking tables, but also can be adapted to almost all shaking table controllers produced by PEAKS, making the widespread application of magnetic drive a reality.
The speed range of the PEAKS magnetic drive module can reach 10-400rpm, with a maximum torque of 1.6NM and a maximum load of 80KG. It has almost no heating or noise, making it another magic weapon for you to improve product quality.
2.Semiconductor temperature control system
The semiconductor (Peltier) temperature control system is another bottleneck high-end product, and the real application of semiconductor modules in this industry in China has been in a slow development stage, with many simply replacing compressors with semiconductor refrigeration chips. 5. Latest solution for magnetic stirrer
PEAKS has always been a pioneer in the field of DC brushless motor control systems, and has accumulated a lot of experience in speed control of permanent magnet motors. The integration of the magnetic stirrer system and motor this time is one of our long-term investment achievements. The new magnetic stirrer system refers to top international brand products, improves performance, and greatly reduces manufacturing costs (about 50%), making it the best choice in the current market situation.
This product has high integration (with built-in adapter switch power supply), wider speed range (30-2000 rpm), multiple PID and multi-point calibration functions. At present, we have launched three conventional new magnetic stirrers, namely MCJH-D30 (time and speed control), MTJH-D2010 (temperature and time control), and MTJH-D3010 (temperature, speed and time control), equipped with dedicated motors, beautiful appearance, flexible structure, and can be applied to various scenarios.
